Important MP3 Download Refund Limitations

Credit card underwriting banks have very rigorous rules concerning digitally downloaded products, and we are not able to offer refunds on these products. If you have downloaded large files before, then you should have no technical difficulty with these straightforward downloads.

If you DO have difficulty downloading an album from our download page, the only option that we can offer you is to upgrade your purchase to a physical CD, which would cost a few bucks more.

So be prepared that if you should find yourself having an unsolvable technical glitch in downloading, you will need to upgrade to a slightly higher priced medium.
