Refund Exchange Policy

If you should receive a damaged CD or Jewel case, please contact us, and we will send you a replacement. You may be asked to return the damaged copy, but we will pay for the postage. Due to our own limitations, we can only offer exchanges and not refunds.

We apologize for this limitation, and hope that you'll feel really good about dealing with us.
